The Middle School Principal reports to the Head of School and leads grades 5–8, ensuring a developmentally appropriate, mission-driven experience for students and educators. This leader will:

• Guide and support teachers while advancing curriculum and student learning.

• Foster belonging and uphold Benedictine values in daily life.

• Partner with families and community members to strengthen the middle school experience.

• Oversee operations, hiring, and budgeting aligned with the school’s vision.

Ideal candidates hold a master’s degree or higher, demonstrate strong middle-level leadership experience, model faith and integrity, and bring a collaborative, student-centered approach to school life.
