Kelseyville Unified School District is seeking a dynamic, student-centered leader to serve as Principal of Kelseyville High School, a comprehensive high school of approximately 550 students located in the heart of Lake County.
Position Details
Work Year: 217 days
Salary Range: $115,035 – $158,246
Location: Kelseyville, CA
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work positively and effectively with students, families, staff, and the broader community, and will bring a collaborative, instructional leadership mindset focused on student success, equity, and continuous improvement.

Valid Administrative Services Credential
Previous administrative experience, preferably at the middle or high school level
Previous secondary teaching experience preferred
Bilingual skills preferred
Experience with or understanding of PLCs, PBIS, and AVID
