 The principal is responsible for the leadership, administration and outcome of all aspects of the educational program. The District is seeking a dynamic leader with excellent communication skills dedicated to creating and maintaining a positive school culture. The Principal must possess the strong ability to build effective relationships and facilitate positive collaboration with all stakeholders in a highly engaged parent community.&#xa0; 
 The principal must be able to translate the needs of elementary school students into a well organized and effective 21 st  century elementary school.&#xa0; Curriculum knowledge, strong communication skills and sensitivity to individual student needs are essential qualifications.&#xa0; Duties will include the following: 
 California Administrative Services Credential 
 Elementary school teaching and leadership experience desirable 
 Curriculum Leadership 
 Staff Supervision and Evaluation 
 Staff Development 
 Budget Planning 
 Recruitment and Hiring of Highly Qualified Teachers 
 Creations of Master Scheduling and Master Calendar 
 Knowledge of Assessment and Evaluation 
 Community Building 
 Knowledge of Special Education duties, 504 planning, support for ELD learners 
 $3,429 Masters Stipend; 208 Day Work Year; Generous benefit package includes District paid family medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as long-term disability and life insurance.
