*This position is for the 2025-2026 school year.*   JOB TITLE: High School Principal   IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR:  Superintendent   GENERAL DESCRIPTION:  Under the direction of the Division Superintendent, the High School Principal serves as the school’s primary instructional leader and is responsible for the administration and supervision of the high school and its multitude of instructional, noninstructional and extracurricular programs.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Develops and maintains an effective educational program consistent with state and federal guidelines and the mission, vision and strategic plan of the Henry County School Board.
