We are seeking an experienced and visionary individual to become our High School Principal. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. As the High School Principal, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the high school including academic programs, staff development, student discipline, and parent relations. You will work closely with teachers and staff to ensure a positive learning environment and provide support for student success. Additionally, the High School Principal will collaborate with the school's leadership team to set goals and strategies to enhance the overall educational experience.

The successful candidate will have a passion for education, a proven track record of leadership, and a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence.

• Master's degree in Education or related field
• Principal certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education leadership
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with educational technology and current trends in education
