The principal serves as an ethical educational leader who promotes student success by providing a strong and well-developed vision for teaching and learning while also creating the conditions necessary to ensure a school culture that supports the success of this vision.  As an instructional leader for the high school, the principal will dedicate a significant amount of their time working to achieve the teaching and learning goals of the district.
