The principal serves as an ethical educational leader who promotes student success by providing a strong and well-developed vision for teaching and learning while also creating the conditions necessary to ensure a school culture that supports the success of this vision. As an instructional leader for the high school, the principal will dedicate a significant amount of their time working to achieve the teaching and learning goals of the district. The principal is expected to maintain strong ties to students, faculty, and the community both in the school day and beyond.
