This position is responsible for the development and implementation of the division-wide vision for student athletics and activities programs. This position works collaboratively with Division personnel, supervisors, school administrators, coaches, sponsors, youth sports organizations, PWC Parks and Recreation, academic club organizations, and central office personnel to provide support, professional development, and program management that fosters student participation and achievement in academic and athletic programs and competitions. This individual will be responsible for ensuring continuous instructional improvement in student activities through best practices identified through research and data analysis. This individual will support the Title IX compliance duties of the Division
