JOB SUMMARY: The Associate Superintendent is a member of the Superintendent’s Cabinet and is responsible for working with the senior team in leading and advancing the district’s mission and vision. The incumbent will establish a strong working relationship with the Superintendent and with the Board, quickly adjusting priorities in response to needs and expectations. In a fast-paced environment, the Associate Superintendent will provide strategic project management support that addresses both the big-picture vision and the day-to-day execution of that vision. In service to those aims, the Associate Superintendent will serve as a bridge across district departments by leading cross-department projects and monitoring implementation of strategic initiatives
