Summary:Under the direction of the Superintendent, the Elementary School Principal plans, organizes, controls, and directs educational operations, activities, and services, including curriculum and instructional programs. The Principal is responsible for developing, administering, and monitoring educational programs, optimizing academic opportunities, and promoting the safe and successful development of every student. This position enforces academic integrity, ensures compliance with faculty contracts, verifies appropriate credentials for teaching staff, supervises classified personnel, and achieves academic objectives in alignment with District goals and initiatives. Salary range: $99,519.22-$115,080.42 District Contribution to H&W Benefits: $1217.50 per month
