Hearing & Vision Tester, 10 month
A Hearing and Vision Tester (10 Months) tests the hearing and vision of school children in Baltimore City. Work of this class involves no supervisory duties or responsibilities. Incumbents receive moderate supervision from a technical superior. Employees in this class work a conventional work week. Work is performed in school room settings where there is minimal exposure to environmental hazards. Work requires carrying heavy audio and/or visual testing equipment in and out of school buildings. Position is with the Bureau of School Health and is only employed during the school year.
