Purpose StatementUnder the direction and supervision of the assigned administrator, the Middle School/TK-8 Principal will serve as the educational leader of the school, while also supporting equity-based and anti-bias practice that will enhance the school experience. The Middle School/TK-8 Principal will assume the decision-making role for the direction of the instructional program and the logistical operation of the school. Essential Duties Implement the philosophy, strategic initiatives, goals, objectives, policies, and courses of study/adopted curriculum of the district and school. Coordinate, implement, and supervise effective programs and assessments that address academic achievement and social emotional learning
