The next Upper School Principal for 9th-12th grades will have the opportunity to lead this thriving community by sustaining and building upon CHCA’s strong reputation. They will oversee a dynamic academic program that includes 26 Advanced Placement courses, a world-ranked robotics team, and unique opportunities which enrich students’ academic journeys through practical, real-world applications. Qualifications
A commitment to the mission and values of CHCA
A master's or doctorate level educational administration degree (state administrative certification is desired)
Biblical foundation
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with diverse personalities in faculty, parents, and students
Facilitation, problem solving, and conflict management skills
