Salary Details:
215 contract days per year. The District offers $830 per month toward the individual benefits package and $1,000 toward the family benefits package which includes options for medical, dental and vision. Medical plan options include Kaiser, Western Health Advantage and Sutter Health Plus.

This position serves as the Principal of Cache Creek High School, and the District's independent study programs. As the instructional leader of the school, the Principal plans, implements and directs the operational procedures and processes of the site; plans, develops, and implements instructional goals and objectives and procedures for evaluating program effectiveness; plans, develops and conducts staff development and staff training programs and activities; plans and conducts public community relations programs and is responsible for other related functions as directed.
Requires a valid California Administrator's credential and valid teaching credential; five (5) years of successful teaching experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (examples): Knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures of school organization, law, policy, programs and curricula; of public relations; of innovative practices; of the relationships of growth, development, and learning of school children and youth; ability to assess program climate and culture as the affect the learning environment; ability to work successfully with administrators, teachers, students and families.
