Qualifications and Experience
Valid California Administrative Services Credential
Master’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university is desired
Five or more years of effective teaching or other certificated experience
Cultural competency and a strong commitment to racial and educational equity
Instructional leadership in all areas teaching and learning, with expertise in one or more of the following: culturally responsive pedagogy, restorative practices, professional learning communities, multi-tiered systems of support, equitable grading practices
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
