Goleta Union School District – Principal, K-6 
GUSD is a TK-6, nine school district located in Santa Barbara County. 
This Principal position will be at El Camino School, a No Excuses School. El Camino School is one of the nine elementary schools of the Goleta Union School District and serves 300 students in Preschool through Grade 6. Class size is at or under 20 in Grades K-3, and averages 24 in Grades 4-6. El Camino has a growing Dual Language Immersion program, currently in it's second year, utilizing a 90/10 model. The site principal, as the instructional leader, successfully defines and skillfully communicates the mission of the school. Manages curriculum and instruction, supervises teaching, monitors student progress, and creates a climate in which student learning is valued.

The salary range for this position is $136,736 – $148,994 for a 205 day work year.  Position is open beginning in the 2022-2023 school year. Application deadline is 5/09/2022.

Must hold valid Teaching and Administrative Credential Master's Degree.

Minimum 3 years experience at elementary or intermediate level.

Experience as a Principal, Assistant Principal, Summer School Principal or Principal Designee desirable.
