The Assistant Principal of Student Life will cultivate a systems approach to working with students in grades 6-12, faculty, staff, and the Mid-Pacific community through shared purposes and aspirations. As an administrator working across the middle and high schools, the Assistant Principal of Student Life must possess an intimate knowledge of working with each age group, support and celebrate their differences while developing and maintaining a systemic approach that allows them to operate within a cohesive learning ecosystem. This role has agency in all aspects of students’ Mid-Pacific experience in grades 6-12, including athletics, academics, student activities, discipline, and social-emotional learning.
