a teacher developer, with experience in supervising and evaluating faculty and staff
This individual will have superior written and oral communication skills, as well as knowledge of the Common Core and the Vermont Quality Standards. Experience/knowledge in one or more of the following areas will greatly benefit our reconfiguration: differentiated instruction; understanding of Vermont special education policies and procedures; discipline strategies; understanding of positive behavior supports; familiarity with Vermont law as it applies to school related matters.
Experience managing standardized testing, building the master schedule, and/or using technology to improve achievement welcomed!
Master’s Degree in the area of Administration or Education, preferred
Experience in supervision and evaluation
Previous working experience in administration preferred
Eligible to hold Vermont Certification in Administration (03-91)
