The Elementary Principal is under the direction of the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services and/or Designee, serves as the site administrator and instructional leader of the Elementary School; administers school-wide curriculum and all phases of the instructional program and management of the facility; supervises and evaluates assigned personnel; provides leadership, administrative, and supervisory skills for the educational development of students as well as to promote parent and community involvement; provides communication between the District and other educational and community partnerships.
Required: Valid California administrative credential authorizing service in this position. Five (5) or more years successful teaching experience or related experience, and minimum of two (2) years successful administrative experience. Master’s Degree Character, personality, and social capability to relate and communicate effectively with staff, students and community.
