The West Des Moines Community School seeks a collaborative leader to serve as Chief Human Resources Officer.  Working with and reporting to the Superintendent, the Chief Human Resources Officer will join a leadership team that is committed to the principle of continuous improvement and excellence in creating and maintaining a learning community.  The Chief Human Resources Officer is responsible for administering the human resource functions of the district.

• Be knowledgeable of state and federal regulations pertaining to employee management and relations
• Have the skills necessary to mediate and utilize conflict resolution to successfully address personnel issues.
