The President of CBHS preserves and advances the School’s exceptional educational program; guides the CBHS community as it looks to its future; values and articulates the School’s special qualities of a diverse and caring community; maintains and models its Lasallian Catholic ethos, mission, and traditions; and leads the School in the development and attainment of its key strategic priorities. The President is the visionary leader of the School who directs and supports the work of the Principal, CFO, Director of Admissions and the Advancement Team.

• A practicing Catholic, who understands and embraces the Lasallian mission, spirituality, and pedagogy; and has participated in Lasallian formation (or will do so once hired).
• A strategic thinker, an effective and engaging communicator, a proven fundraiser, an efficient manager and an experienced administrator holding, at minimum, a master’s degree.
