Pinecrest Academy in Cumming, GA is seeking qualified applicants for the position of High School Principal starting in the 2018-2019 academic year. The principal is responsible for creating and facilitating a safe environment conducive to quality teaching and learning, fostering a community of faith and learning based on Gospel values and Catholic teaching, supervising faculty and staff, and maintaining a close relationship with the Lower and Middle School Principals to ensure that policies and procedures are carried out in an efficient and uniform manner across the entire school. The High School Principal position reports to the Headmaster.

The successful applicant must be process oriented, have the ability to successfully multi-task, and capacity to take on a variety of roles and responsibilities. Ability to work effectively with technology and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Publisher is required.
Candidates must be practicing Catholics in good standing. Prior, successful administrative experience, preferably in Catholic schools, is required. Candidates should hold or be working toward an advanced degree in school administration, leadership, or a related field. Possession of administrative certification is preferred.
