Mid-Pacific seeks a High School Assistant Principal for Student Life.
The High School Assistant Principal (AP) for Student Life is directly responsible to the High School Principal, has agency in all non-academic aspects of a student’s experience in the high school at Mid-Pacific including student activities, counseling needs, discipline, and socioemotional learning.
The AP for Student Life also contributes to faculty supervision, non-academic program implementation, student services and general operation of the school. In partnership with the AP for Academics, the AP for Student Life will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the high school in the Principal’s absence.
Mid-Pacific is an independent, co-educational, college-preparatory school serving students from Preschool - grade 12.
Education and/or Experience: Requires a Master’s degree in Education; a minimum of two years experience in school administration; a minimum of five years classroom teaching experience; experience in curriculum development, faculty supervision and development, and student services; and leadership ability evidenced by performance in past or previous educational assignments.
