Blessed Sacrament School in Madison, WI seeks a full-time principal for the 2017-18 academic year, who provides strong leadership in regards to the Catholic faith, education, and administration for our WRISA-accredited PK-8 school. The Principal works with the Pastor and the education commission as well as an excellent staff of experienced teachers to foster the intellectual, spiritual, and moral development of our students in a multi-aged classroom environment. The principal promotes the mission of Blessed Sacrament School which is modeled after the Dominican pillars of Prayer, Study, Community, and Ministry. The best candidate will demonstrate the ability to nurture the whole child while facilitating a safe environment conducive to quality teaching and learning across all levels. Experience in early childhood programs is a plus.

Candidates should hold or be working toward a master’s degree in Educational Administration and Wisconsin licensure as a principal (#51). A minimum of five years of successful teaching experience is required. Prior, successful administrative experience, preferably in a Catholic school, is desirable but not required.
