As one of Illinois’ finest Catholic high schools, Peoria Notre Dame seeks a self-starting, goal oriented accomplished professional as its Director of Advancement. This individual will report to the school Principal. Responsibilities include planning and supervising all aspects of the school’s development program, including but not limited to, its annual fund, major and planned gifts, donor cultivation and capital campaigns. Additional responsibilities will include all public relations and marketing plans and the production of major publications, newsletters, annual reports, websites and social media. This individual will also work closely with the Director of Admissions.
Qualifications include a commitment to the Catholic faith, a proven record in development and marketing with at least five to seven years of leading a successful fund raising program. A Bachelor’s degree is required and experience in senior management is highly desired. Strong interpersonal skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
