The successful candidate will bring to the School a love of learning, a commitment to teaching, an embrace of the School’s mission of equity, inclusion and social justice, and the ability to deftly balance the needs and expectations of all three constituents of the school - the students, the faculty and the parents. A B.A., as well as seven to ten years of administrative and teaching experience in a high school setting, is required. An M.A. or Ph.D. is preferred.
