The Van Buren Local School district in Van Buren, Ohio, seeks positive, dynamic candidates for its high school principal position.
Qualified Candidates should possess the following:
Ohio Secondary Principal license (or the qualifications to obtain one), Proven record of Instructional Leadership, Commitment to collaboratively shape a vision of academic success for all students, Management skills with the ability to cultivate leadership in others, Strong interpersonal, writing, and communication skills, Can inspire others, creating a climate conducive to high expectations and mutual respect, Contributes to and adapts to community culture.
The position will follow a 260-day contract and salary will be determined using the district administrative salary schedule. Interviews will begin in early March with the final selection made by mid-April. The contract will start on August 1, 2018
